Client Stories

1-1 Coaching Packages and Pricing

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Rachel. I am in a period of transition, having left my full-time job of 16 years and now starting my own venture. Rachel helped me gain confidence and tame my inner critic as I embark on this new chapter. Rachel has an incredible story of resilience, and it is clear that her life experiences inform her coaching. I appreciated that Rachel pushed me to try things on, even if uncomfortable, in order to grow. It is clear that Rachel truly loves and believes in the power of coaching and she lives her values, ensuring that the coaching experience is accessible to all.
— Naomi, CEO and Founder
I’ve now been working with Rachel over 4 years, and her warmth, empathy, and curiosity make her a wonderful person and coach to work with. Coaching sessions with Rachel have had a very concrete impact on my life. She has supported me in taking measurable steps towards both my personal and professional goals. She’s encouraged me to uncover a more courageous and confident part of myself, capable of making the right decisions.
— Julie, Social Worker
Through coaching, I am more confident, more willing to take risks, and care less about what other people think. Coaching with Rachel helped me give myself more credit and see the bigger picture. She allowed me to come to coaching exactly as I was, and provided a safe space for me to work through professional challenges. I came out on the other side of a really challenging situation having learned and gained a lot, felt stronger, and developed more appreciation for my strengths.
— Recurring Client, Strategic Communications Professional
As a result of coaching with Rachel, I realized that working with my team doesn’t have to be all business. I am able to let my guard down and be more authentic, and I have started investing more in my relationships with my team. I started asking more open-ended questions and connecting more with my colleagues. Instead of ‘white knuckling it’ through my day and feeling a sense of urgency, I now am more slow, steady, and consistent. Now, my team feels more comfortable sharing their own ideas. I actually reward myself for sitting with the uncomfortable. I realized that when I get out of my own way, I can be a more effective leader.
— Brooke, School Administrator
My experience with Rachel has been profound. Her coaching style is gentle and she is adept at creating and holding a space for you to fall apart and build yourself back up. During our time together, she helped me move through deep pain, unhealthy behavioral patterns and anxiety related to how I approach work and beyond. Coaching truly is a transformative process.
— Alacia, Marketing and Communications Professional
Coaching with Rachel was a powerful self-empowerment tool for me. I experienced multiple, huge life transitions in the course of our sessions together. Rachel gave me space and tools to tap into my intuition during our time together, and most importantly, helped me understand how far along in my personal and professional journey I already am. I’m thankful for her!
