Why Work with Me?
I believe in sustainable, deep change through leadership from the inside out. I don’t use cookie cutter approaches and one-off solutions.
My work is experiential. People learn best when they have space to connect, practice, and have fun. I’ve taken clients on personalized retreats in nature, facilitated leadership intensives that get people out of their seats, and given practical tools that can be implemented right away and have major impact.
I teach how to slow down in order to speed up. I help clients get into their bodies to regulate their nervous systems and make decisions with more clarity and vision, even in the face of uncertainty.
I’ve seen it all - I’ve worked with hundreds of managers and leaders in organizations as a coach, consultant, and employee. I know what happens when leaders are not living their values, and I know what’s possible when they are.
